A single focused session built around your team's real selling motion. Sellers walk out with three Claude skills they can use that afternoon, on the work that eats the most time. Things like discovery prep, follow-up notes, account research, and the message they re-write five times before sending.

Two sessions with a real-world stretch in between. Sellers learn the workflow, try it in their actual deals for two to three weeks, then come back to refine what's working and fix what isn't. Six skills built for the parts of the job that move pipeline. Things like discovery, deal review, follow-up sequencing, account planning, and the manager-side work that turns a 1:1 into real coaching.
The feedback loop is what turns a training into a real behavior change.

The Claude System
